This policy covers international shipping only—domestic (India) shipments are not offered.


1. Regions & Zones

We ship worldwide, grouped into four zones:

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders placed before 5 PM IST on business days (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) are processed within 1–2 business days. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays, and delays of up to 48 hours may occur during peak periods.

3. Signature & Age Verification

All shipments require an adult signature upon delivery. Customers may opt-in for strict age verification (e.g., for restricted items), which incurs an additional fee.

4. Delivery Attempts & Redelivery

Our carriers make up to three delivery attempts (excluding weekends/holidays). After the final attempt, parcels are held for pick-up or returned to sender unless otherwise instructed.

5. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, strikes, or government actions. In such cases, we will endeavor to inform customers and resume service as soon as possible.

6. Packaging & Sustainability

We use eco-friendly packaging materials—biodegradable fillers, recycled boxes, and minimal plastic—aligning with industry best practices to reduce environmental impact.

7. Address Validation & Correction Fees

All addresses are validated at checkout to prevent mis-deliveries. If a correction is required after dispatch due to an invalid address, an additional fee of $10 USD applies.

8. Peak Season Delays

During high-volume periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing and transit times may extend by up to 1–2 weeks. Customers will be notified of any expected delays.

9. Optional Shipping Insurance & Add-Ons

Customers may purchase shipping insurance to cover loss, theft, or damage up to declared values. Packaging upgrades (e.g., gift wrap, reinforced boxes) are also available at checkout.

10. Incoterms & Customs (DDP vs. DDU)

We ship under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) by default—customers pay duties and taxes on import. For an all-inclusive rate, select DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) at checkout and we’ll handle customs fees.

11. Lost-in-Transit Claims

If your parcel is lost or unconfirmed delivered, contact us within 14 days of dispatch. We will file a claim with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund once liability is confirmed.

12. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address during business hours.
  • Inspect packages upon receipt and report damage within 48 hours.
  • Follow return label instructions for any authorized returns.

13. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders can be cancelled at no charge anytime before shipment in compliance with India’s Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

14. Self-Service Returns Portal

Customers may use our online portal to generate prepaid or QR-code labels, schedule pickups, and track returns in real time.
