Refund Policy

At Qorsage Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, our Refund Policy outlines how you can return or exchange products, the conditions that apply, and the timelines we follow.


1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

  • Items must be returned unused, in the same condition you received them, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.
  • Certain items (e.g., gift cards, final sale merchandise) are non-refundable. See Section 3.

2. Refund & Exchange Timeframe

You may request a refund or exchange within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns received after this period will not be accepted.

3. Non-Refundable & Final Sale Items

  • Gift cards, personalized items, and intimate apparel are not eligible for refund.
  • Sale or clearance items may be subject to store credit or exchange only. See Section 9.

4. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Contact Us: Email support@qorsage.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Repack items securely in original packaging.
  3. Ship: Use the carrier of your choice and include tracking information. See Section 8 for shipping cost details.
  4. Notify: Send the tracking number to our support team for faster processing.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–30 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.

6. Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
  • A restocking fee of 5% may apply for returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria.

7. Exchanges & Store Credits

If you prefer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request. Store credits do not expire and can be used at any time on our website.

8. International Orders

For orders shipped outside India, customers are responsible for all return shipping charges, customs duties, and taxes. Please check your country’s import regulations before returning items.

9. Sale & Clearance Item Rules

Sale or clearance items are only eligible for store credit or exchange; refunds are not available for these products.

10. Defective or Damaged Items

Report any defective or damaged items within 7 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping and inspect the item before issuing a refund or replacement.

11. Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order at any time before it is shipped without incurring any charges. Once the item is dispatched, Section 10 applies.

12. Late Delivery & Compensation

If your order arrives later than the promised delivery date, you may request a full refund or store credit for shipping costs.

13. Self-Service Returns Portal

Use our online returns portal to generate a prepaid or QR-code shipping label and track your return status in real time.

14. Dispute Resolution & Grievance Mechanism

If you have any complaints about our returns process, you can file a grievance via email at dpo@qorsage.com or escalate through the Consumer Forum as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

15. Customer Packaging Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for repacking items securely in their original or equivalent packaging to prevent damage during return transit.

16. Free Replacement & Repair Options

Minor defects reported within 7 days are eligible for free replacement or repair at no additional cost.
