2. Currency & Pricing

3. Authorization & Capture

When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized for the order amount. Funds will be captured once your order is confirmed and prepared for dispatch.

4. Installments & EMI Options

We offer EMI and installment plans through select credit card issuers. If you choose an EMI option, you agree to the terms set by your card issuer, including interest rates and tenure.

5. Recurring & Subscription Payments

For any subscription-based services, your payment method will be charged automatically on each renewal date. You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle; see our Refund Policy for details.

6. Taxes & Duties

Applicable GST or other local taxes will be added at checkout. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Fraud Prevention & Security

All payment data is processed securely via PCI-DSS–compliant gateways. We do not store full payment card details on our servers. Suspicious transactions may be held for verification or canceled.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you dispute a charge, contact us first at support@qorsage.com. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior notice may result in order cancellation and restrictions on future purchases.

9. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds and cancellations are handled per our Refund Policy. Please review that policy for eligibility, timelines, and procedures.

10. Gift Cards & Store Credit

Gift cards and store credits are redeemable only on www.qorsage.com, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We may update these Payment Terms at any time. Changes will be noted with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our Services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
